Caregiver stress doesn’t look the same for everyone.

In this video, I explain why stress and burnout show up differently for caregivers, and how Ayurveda offers a personalized, preventative approach to care.

If you’ve tried all the “right” self-care advice — sleep more, eat better, meditate — and still feel depleted, this video will help you understand why.

Ayurveda looks at stress through the lens of the whole person: body, mind, nervous system, and the reality of caregiving.

In this video, you’ll learn:

  • Why caregiver stress is not a personal weakness

  • How Ayurveda understands stress, digestion, sleep, and burnout

  • Why generic self-care often fails caregivers

  • How personalized Ayurvedic care can soften stress before burnout sets in

  • Ayurveda was designed for people carrying long-term responsibility, which is exactly what caregiving is.

If you’re a caregiver feeling chronically stressed, depleted, or close to burnout, you don’t need to push harder.

You need care that supports the system you already have.
